About

Melissa has a B.S. in English from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and a Masters in Elementary and Early Childhood Education from Missouri Baptist University. She has 16 years of classroom teaching experience and is currently teaching kindergarten. Melissa loves teaching kindergarten and watching her students gain growth in such a short time. She loves working with children to overcome struggles and become more confident.  When not teaching, Melissa loves spending time with her family, hiking, reading, and watching her son’s hockey games.
